When you are ready to overcome an addiction to drugs or alcohol, you will need to make one of the critical decisions around your treatment plan’s duration. At Legacy Healing Center, we realize that we can never take a one-size-fits-all approach to recovery, which is why we work personally with each client to help them develop a treatment plan that they feel comfortable with. Developing this plan includes deciding on the length of your program. We provide you with the option to select a program that lasts 30, 60, or 90-days. We always recommend that our clients work closely with the Legacy Healing team to finalize their decision to ensure that they have the best possibility of achieving and maintaining their sobriety.

Benefits of 30, 60, and 90-Day Rehabs

Regardless of whether you decide to go through a treatment program that lasts 30, 60, or 90-days, there are tremendous long-lasting benefits of committing yourself to a recovery program. One of the leading benefits of working through an addiction treatment plan is that you are taking the initial step of changing the people, places, and things around you that may contribute to your addiction.

For example, when you opt to go through an inpatient program, you will live on our campus for a set period. Our inpatient program gives you the advantage of working on yourself safely and in a structured environment. We will do everything we can to provide you with a “home away from home” atmosphere. However, if our inpatient program is not feasible, you can choose to work with our team on an outpatient basis. Our outpatient program gives you the flexibility to develop a treatment plan around your schedule. You will come to the Legacy Healing campus in South Florida for treatment and still be able to work or see to your family responsibilities.

Regardless of whether you decide to go through our inpatient or outpatient program, therapy will remain a significant part of your treatment plan. Examples of counseling that you will experience while at Legacy includes individual therapy, behavioral therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. During these sessions, you must remain open to the things that you are hearing. Additionally, it would help if you never overlooked how critical it is to participate in these sessions actively. Expressing your views or letting us know how you are feeling will go a long way in terms of your program’s value.

What Happens After Rehab?

One of the understandable concerns that many of our clients face is what happens after their Legacy program is complete. When you come to Legacy, you can rest assured that a caring group of people will surround you. The relationship with our team and other alumni does not have to end when you finish your treatment program. Our Addiction Aftercare program was uniquely designed for clients that have completed their program but would like to continue therapy with Legacy or simply keep in touch with other Legal alumni. Once you get closer to the end of your treatment plan, our members of our team can speak with you more about Addiction Aftercare.

Sober Friendly Attractions Near Cleveland

When you get back home to Cleveland, you must remain focused on your goal of maintaining your sobriety. We suggest to all of our clients that they immediately begin to look for 12-step meetings that they can attend in their area. You will notice that 12-step meetings closely follow the group therapy session model. A 12-step meeting will allow you to develop your support system once you return home. Once you settle into a regular routine, you can begin to make plans to visit some of the sober friendly venues in Cleveland.

Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument

If you would like to learn more about Ohio’s role in the Civil War, the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument is an excellent source of information. The state of Ohio fought on the Union side of the war with roughly 9,000 soldiers from the county to keep the U.S. intact. This monument is free to the public and is small enough to get through in an hour or two.
