Your counselor will coordinate between you and your family to determine the right time for this meeting to ensure that it fits into your treatment plan.

One on One Therapy

Our counselors understand that there may be details about your life that you do not feel comfortable sharing in a group environment which is why we couple our group therapy sessions with individualized treatment. On the days that you have one on one therapy, you will meet with one of our counselors to talk about a variety of different subjects. Examples of what you might discuss include your family relationships or past experiences that could have influenced your addiction.

Keep in mind, this doesn’t mean that every session needs to focus around your past addiction. Our therapists will also talk with you about how you are currently feeling during your program and your treatment plan. We encourage to take advantage of this time and ask any questions you have or express your concerns.
