PHP Addiction Treatment Miami

A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is an intensive day/night program, meaning you do not live in our facility full-time. Still, you will commute there to participate in therapy and meetings for a minimum of 25 hours a week of clinical treatment, for six days a week. You will still be able to receive individual therapy, process therapy, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, the same as 100% inpatient care, with the opportunity to immediately try your new recovery skills in the world when you go home.

The PHP is highly structured and is the ideal choice for those who have a history of relapsing, those who require additional support not found in their home life, those who do not have a supportive social group, and those who are resistant to treatment.

IOP Miami

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is the next step for patients who have completed their time in the Partial Hospitalization Program or gone through residential (inpatient) rehab recently.

The IOP is a realistic approach to rehab, as it acknowledges that addiction is a lifelong issue, and people will have ups and downs when it comes to their recovery. The IOP has optional community housing available for those who need a structured, sober place to stay while in treatment.

While in the IOP, you will receive a minimum of nine hours of clinical treatment (therapy, counseling, etc.) per week. You will go to group therapy, 12-step meetings and have the chance to participate in social activities and build sober friendships with your peers. The schedule is flexible, so you can go to work or school or take care of your other responsibilities while in the program.

OP Miami

Our outpatient program (OP) is the next step after an IOP program is completed. This is a long-term program where you will remain connected to a strong sober recovery network for as long as you need as you fully integrate back into your life. The OP is recommended for all of our patients because recovery is a long-term process, and remaining connected to a sober community with full support is essential in preventing relapse. We are available to you at any time, even in the middle of the night, to help you with your transition.

In the OP, you will live at home, and you will return to our outpatient center for one hour of therapeutic care, as well as any other groups or 12-step meetings you need to remain accountable and stay on track in your recovery. The OP is highly flexible and will work around your work and school schedule or any other responsibilities you need to take care of.
