30 Day Drug Rehab in Fort Lauderdale, FL
What to Expect During Rehab
Have you realized that your drug use has taken control of every aspect of your life? If so, you are an ideal candidate for one of our drug rehab programs. Legacy Healing Center provides you with the opportunity to eradicate drugs from your life and learn how to develop healthy habits.
One of the first rehab details that our team focuses on is whether you need to go through our detox program. Regardless of the length of your addiction, once you stop consuming your drug of choice your body will begin to go through withdrawal. Withdrawal symptoms can vary, however, examples of common symptoms include nausea, dizziness, and increased anxiety. Sadly, there are patients that experience more severe withdrawal symptoms including seizures or extreme dehydration. It is never advisable to try to detox without the care of a trained medical professional.
The drug rehab lasts anywhere between three to seven days. At the end of the detox, you will speak with one of our counselors again to discuss your future rehab plans.
How Much Does Rehab Cost?
The cost of rehab is reliant on several factors. Examples of aspects that weigh on the cost of your stay include whether you go through our inpatient or outpatient program as well as the length of your program. Our facility offers rehab programs that are 30, 60 and 90 days long. Our counselor will discuss the different advantages of each program with the understanding that you can always extend the length of your stay at any time.
Does Insurance Cover Residential Rehab?
Legacy Healing Center does accept a variety of private insurances. During your initial intake, our team will go over your insurance details with you to determine if your insurance company will cover all or part of your stay in rehab.
If your insurance does not cover your stay or you do not have private insurance, our team goes above and beyond to work with you regarding any financial restrictions. We believe that your health and recovery are vital and do the best to help you go through our rehab program.
What is the Difference Between Inpatient and Outpatient?
A choice that you will need to make when you decide to go to rehab is whether you prefer to attend our inpatient program, also known as our residential program, or if our outpatient treatment is more conducive to your situation.
If you enroll in our inpatient program, you will eat, sleep and take part in therapy at the comfort of our facility. Outpatient attendees come to our location for therapy as well as breakfast or lunch, however, they go home at the end of the day.
Regardless of which program you choose, you will experience different forms of therapy. The two main types of counseling that we offer include group therapy and individual therapy. Group therapy is a staple of your recovery. During group sessions, a counselor will lead you and fellow patients in a discussion regarding various aspects of learning and about your addiction and what you can do to maintain a healthy life.
One on one therapy gives you the chance to discuss your personal recovery, individually with one of our dedicated counselors. During these meetings, you can speak about anything you are thinking or feeling including where you are in your recovery, experiences that you may not feel comfortable sharing in a group setting or things about rehab that may be bothering you. Our therapists are always available to assist you.
We take a holistic approach when it comes to your recovery which is why we offer nutrition counseling along with an array of delicious food. Our team also provides guidance regarding meditation as well as transition and career services as needed. We also give our rehab alumni the opportunity to continue in their recovery once their initial program is complete. Our Aftercare Addiction program allows those who have gone through our recovery program to connect with others that have gone through rehab with the option of attending 12 step meetings and other support groups.
