What Types of Durations are There?

At Legacy Healing Center we are here to support those struggling with addiction and help pave the way to recovery. Our holistic treatment programs guides and educates those struggling with addiction, all within an individualized treatment plan that is unique to the client. At Legacy, we don’t provide just one program to fit all, which is why we customize our treatment plans to fit each individual, and within our treatment plans, we offer varying lengths of comprehensive treatment that fall into 30, 60 or 90-day increments.

At Legacy, our unsurpassed clinical care and trained staff walk individuals and their families through each step in the process of recovery making sure that everyone gets the help they need.

Benefits of 30,60,90-Day Rehabs

The different lengths of rehabilitation programs will depend greatly on the individual and when you or your loved one is initially evaluated and assigned a treatment plan, the following factors will be taken into consideration:

– Length of addiction

– Severity of addiction

– Presence of co-occurring mental disorders

– Age and physical health.

At Legacy Healing Center we understand that each individual is unique, which is why we create an individualized treatment plan for each client that comes to one of our centers. While it is difficult to say which length of treatment is recommended, as it varies by individual, in general, we recommend that at least a three-month treatment program should be attended. This gives our clients a good amount of dedicated time to focus on recovery in an inpatient facility. If a longer length of time is recommended, then that gives our clients even more time to focus on recovery in a safe and healthy environment.  Legacy Healing Centers offer programs that last 30, 60, or 90 days, meeting the varying needs of our unique clients. If you would like more information on what each length of rehab generally looks like, here is a general breakdown of what to expect from each of the different programs:

 – 30-Day Rehab

A 30-day rehab program is an intensive treatment program that lasts for 30 days and includes all the elements that an effective treatment program can provide. These important elements include a medically-assisted detox, behavioral therapies according to the individual’s needs, and holistic healing programs according to the individual’s needs.

 – 60-Day Rehab

A 60-day rehab program at Legacy Healing Center will give individuals all the benefits as the 30-day program but will on top of that gain the extra time needed to dedicate themselves to long-term sobriety goals. When more time is spent in a program, individuals are given the ability to establish sober habits and work on skills needed to prevent relapse and future use.

 – 90-Day Long Term Rehab

A  90-day long term rehab program offers the same elements as the 30-day program such as the medically-assisted detox, behavioral therapies, and holistic healing programs and is geared towards severe addictions. The length of this type of program gives patients in the program a great amount of time to focus on long-term recovery from substance abuse. Once this program is completed, individuals will be given the opportunity to maintain sobriety through alumni events, a personal sober coach as well as sober social engagements.
