Best Alcohol Treatment Center for People Who Live in Bella Vista, PA
Do you find that alcohol has taken over seemingly every aspect of your life? Are you struggling to keep up with relationships? Is your work suffering as a result of your addiction to alcohol? If the answer is yes to any or all of these questions, you should seriously consider coming to Legacy Healing Center in South Florida for treatment.
The Legacy Healing Center team takes a personalized approach to treatment and recovery. When you first reach out to our alcohol rehab specialist team member, we will begin to get to know you and your story. From the moment you walk through our facility’s door, you will feel like you are walking into a home away from your home environment. You can rest assured that you will feel nothing but the support you deserve and need during this critical time.
What Is Alcohol Rehab Like?
During the course of your time in your recovery program, you will focus on what you need to do to address and overcome your addiction. It’s not uncommon for many people that currently have an addiction to have suffered from a traumatic event at some point in their life that triggered their addiction. Through open and honest participation in various forms of therapy that we offer, you can work toward understanding your triggers and what you can do to maintain your sobriety once you are done with treatment.
What to Expect During Alcohol Rehab?
Your time in treatment will mainly focus on interacting with other clients and Legacy Healing staff through various therapy forms. Group therapy will play a significant role in your recovery. If you have ever been to a 12-step meeting before, you will notice that group therapy will be quite similar to that type of format. You will have the chance to listen to our counselors as well as other people in your group on a variety of various topics that play into your addiction and recovery. In turn, you will have the chance to share your own thoughts and feelings.
Individual therapy is another form of treatment that will help you to overcome your addiction. During these one-on-one sessions, you can talk to a team member about various events in your life that may have impacted your addiction and work toward developing a plan that will help keep you sober and focused once you return home.
Where Does Detox Fit into Alcohol Rehab?
It’s not uncommon for interested clients to reach out to our facility and still be amid active addiction. In order to ensure that you get the most out of your time in treatment, we will strongly recommend that you first work through our detox program. Although you may be ready to overcome your addiction, it is not as easy as simply not taking another drinking. You will have a physical and psychological reaction within hours of the last time you took your last drink. In some cases, these withdrawal symptoms can be dangerous, which is why we never recommend that you attempt to go through the detox process unless you are under the care of a trained medical team.
Inpatient Alcohol Rehab
When your recovery is just beginning, you may feel as though you need a more structured setting to stay focused on your goals. Enrolling in an inpatient treatment program can do just that. Our inpatient program helps you change the people, places, and things around you that may encourage your addiction. Our facility will provide you with a safe environment, a warm and comfortable bed every night, as well as wonderful food to eat throughout the day.
When you are not participating in treatment, you will have the flexibility of indulging in any one of the amenities that we offer on our campus. From relaxing with a good book to working out with one of our trainers, we make sure that you have everything you need to make the most out of your treatment time.
Outpatient Alcohol Rehab
As addiction experts, we recognize the fact that not every client can always enroll in an inpatient program. For example, many of our clients carry specific responsibilities associated with their work or family that stop them from fully committing to an inpatient program. In cases like this, we will encourage you to participate in our comprehensive outpatient program.
Clients who decide to work through our outpatient program will not receive the around-the-clock care our inpatient clients do. However, they will have the peace of mind of knowing that the entire Legacy Healing Center team is here for you whenever you need them. You will take part in the same forms of therapy that our inpatient clients do, but you will do so around a set schedule. During certain days and times during the week, you will come to Legacy Healing to participate in these forms of therapy, and we will encourage you to attend 12-step meetings throughout the week actively.
