Inpatient rehab is a rehabilitation program in which individuals struggling with substance abuse stay on-site for a certain amount of time to overcome their dependence on substances.

At Legacy Healing Center, we work with every individual and understand that recovering from dependence on substances can be difficult. Because of this, we make it our priority to get to the root of the problem and treat it. We examine each individual in our centers to understand their specific situation and what they are struggling with. From our initial examination, we can begin an individualized treatment plan that can help our clients understand our treatment plan for them and what they will need to do to heal.

Inpatient drug rehab programs provide individuals with dependence on drugs access to a conclusive treatment program that will give them the tools they need to fight against all parts of addiction. Inpatient treatment programs typically last anywhere from 30 to 90 days, depending on the individual, giving them the space and time they need to heal and learn to live a sober lifestyle. At Legacy Healing Center, our inpatient drug rehab programs provide clients with treatment programs and therapy sessions according to their treatment plan. We also continue to support our clients even after treatment has ended to make sure they stay sober and receive the support they need outside of treatment.

We believe in our treatment programs and our clients by standing by our therapies and giving clients the chance to build a new way of life through our specialized therapeutic programs.

How Long Does Rehab Take?

There are varying lengths of inpatient drug rehab programs, and to determine the recommended time for any particular individual, they must first be evaluated. A few factors that will be taken into consideration during an evaluation include:

– Age of client
– Physical health of client
– Length of dependence on substances
– Presence of co-occurring mental disorders
– Family and client history

Generally speaking, a minimum of 30 days is recommended for an inpatient treatment program, but each situation is different, depending on the individual.

30-Day Rehab

At Legacy Healing Center, a 30-day rehab program is an intensive treatment program where the client lives on-site for 30 days. This type of program includes all the elements that an effective treatment program can provide. These essential elements include a medically-assisted detox, behavioral therapies according to the individual’s needs, and holistic healing programs according to the client’s needs.

60-Day Rehab

A 60-day rehab program at Legacy Healing Center will give individuals all the benefits as the 30-day program, but they will also gain the extra time needed to dedicate themselves to long-term sobriety goals. Adding another 30 days provides clients more time spent participating in the program, which allows individuals the ability to establish sober habits and work on skills needed to prevent relapse and future use.

90-Day Long-Term Rehab

The 90-day long-term rehab program offers the same elements as the 30-day program such as the medically-assisted detox, behavioral therapies, and holistic healing programs while being geared towards severe addictions.

The length of this type of program gives patients in the program a significant amount of time to focus on long-term recovery from substance abuse. Once this program is completed, individuals will be able to maintain sobriety through alumni events, a personal sober coach as well as sober social engagements.
