What Does The Average Day Look Like While In Rehab?
Your average day at our treatment facility will depend on your recovery plan. We offer both inpatient and outpatient treatment plans. Our inpatient attendees will eat, sleep, and live at our facility for a set period. We know that that is not always feasible for every person who needs addiction assistance, so we also offer an intensive outpatient program. Patients that take part in this program will come to our facility on certain days and at certain times to take part in our various forms of therapy and treatment.
Call Legacy Healing Center 24/7 to speak with an intake specialist. Calls are completely confidential.
Both inpatient and outpatient plans offer the flexibility to enroll in a plan that spans 30 days up to a long-term program that covers 90 days.
What Type of Therapy Happens at Rehab?
If you have more questions about the different types of therapy that we offer, feel free to speak to one of our intake specialists. Regardless of your treatment plan, you will routinely participate in group and individual therapy. However, we also offer you options for behavioral therapy for patients that are struggling with mental illness.
We understand that addiction tends to have a ripple effect that impacts every member of the family. Our counselors can help you organize a family therapy session to begin to rebuild and grow your relationships with your family.
Our team is here to provide you with practical support you need throughout the first few days and months of your journey toward sobriety. If you need transition assistance, help with navigating your career, or you would like to learn how to help keep yourself physically fit, just let us know. We will ensure that you receive the attention that you need.
Group Therapy for Baltimore Residents
One of the leading benefits of group therapy is that it helps you grow and develop your support system. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to speak about your experiences with addiction. You will also listen to the thoughts and feelings of other patients working their way through their programs.
Call Legacy Healing Center 24/7 to speak with an intake specialist. Calls are completely confidential.
One-On-One Therapy for Baltimore Residents
Although most of the therapy that you take part in will be in a group setting, we realize that you may not feel comfortable talking about certain challenges in front of other patients. Our counselors will meet with you individually regularly to ensure that you feel pleased with how you are progressing in your treatment.
Additionally, this is an ideal time to talk about past traumas that may have impacted your addiction. If you need to speak with one of our counselors before your scheduled time, we will always do the best to accommodate you.
