One-on-One Therapy

When you are just beginning your journey toward sobriety, there are certain aspects of your life or your addiction that you may not feel comfortable sharing with other clients. This is one of the main reasons why it’s imperative that you actively participate in one-on-one therapy. This form for treatment, also known as individual therapy, allows you to speak to one of our counselors in a personalized setting. The benefit of this form of treatment is that you can dive into the more painful events in your life that need to be addressed so that you can begin to heal and recover.

Participating in one-on-one therapy also gives you the chance to speak with a team member about how you feel you are progressing in your current treatment plan. If you would like to make any adjustments or address any issues, you can do so during these sessions.
