Do Luxury Rehab Centers Have Private Rooms?

We realize that many of our clients that enroll in our inpatient program may have concerns regarding their privacy. You must interact and spend time with other people working through their schedule so that you can begin to develop your own system of support. This is one of the main reasons why we do not have private rooms at Legacy. Sharing a room gives you a unique opportunity to better understand that many other people may be going through similar struggles. If you have concerns over our setup, we recommend speaking to one of our recovery specialists when you first call in.

Do Luxury Rehabs Have On-Site Chefs?

Keeping your body fueled and hydrated is one of our main focuses at Legacy—this why we have on-site chefs that make wonderful meals and snacks for you throughout the day. If you have any food allergies, we recommend letting us know when you first reach out to us. This way, we can ensure that you have access to nothing less than the best food options for you.

Do Luxury Rehabs Offer Personal Trainers?

Physical exercise is one of the best things you can do for yourself while recovering from addiction. Whether you have never worked out before or simply need a refresher, we can set you up for a workout session with one of our personal trainers. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity because it will help to cement that you are working toward putting in place a health routine that will stay with you once you return home.

There is certainly no shortage of things to do in Brooklyn, with it always buzzing with some type of excitement. While it’s understandable that you will likely be excited to jump back into exploring the sites and sounds of Brooklyn, we always recommend that you first take the time to develop healthy habits when you return home. This should always include attending 12-step meetings in your area and surrounding yourself with people that will nurture and support you as you make these significant life changes. Once you have this plan in place, you can then turn your attention toward visiting some of the sober friendly attractions in and around the Brooklyn area.
