Drug Rehab Gainesville

Where Can I Find Help?

Do you wake up in the morning and the first thing that you think of is consuming your drug of choice? Have you noticed that your personal and professional life has been impacted as a result of drug addiction? Are you ready to make a substantial change in your life?

If the answer is yes, please reach out to the Legacy Healing Center. Our team of trained professionals collaborates with you to design a treatment program that meets your recovery needs.

What is Drug Rehab Like?

One of the leading decisions that you will need to make before you begin treatment is whether you would like to enroll in our inpatient or outpatient program. While we recommend that you take advantage of our inpatient program, we realize that that is not always possible do to personal or professional responsibilities. Our team works to put together a personalized treatment plan for you that helps you meet any responsibilities that you have while still placing the focus on working through your addiction issues. Keep in mind, your plan can be changed or modified at any time.

The main focus of your time in treatment will revolve around taking part in different forms of therapy. The two leading types of therapy that we use to combat addiction are group therapy and individual therapy. There are tremendous benefits to both. Group therapy provides you with the opportunity to make connections with other people that have gone through similar addiction experiences. During these guided sessions, you are given the chance to talk and share stories and feelings associated with addiction. You will also listen to the thoughts of your fellow rehab attendees.

Individual therapy, on the other hand, is done in a one on one setting between you and a counselor. Are there certain traumas in your life that you do not feel comfortable discussing in a group setting? Individual therapy gives you a personal time to touch base with our team. If something critical comes up before your scheduled session, we are happy to speak with you sooner.
