How Long Does Rehab Last?

What Types of Durations are There?

When you are considering working through a treatment program because of an addiction to drugs or alcohol, it’s critical that you remember certain details as you before you begin your recovery. First and foremost, you need to understand that your addiction did not develop in one day. Therefore, it will take longer than one day for you to recover from your addiction.

The Legacy Healing Center opioid rehab team walks with you through each day of your recovery. We work with you to design a treatment plan that suits your unique goals.

Benefits of 30, 60 and 90-Day Rehabs

Whether you come to the Legacy Healing Center and you are struggling with an addiction to drugs or an addiction to alcohol, you will have the opportunity to enroll in a treatment program that lasts 30, 60, or 90 days. It’s important to keep in mind that you can extend the length of your program at any time.

Our 30-day program is beneficial because it helps you to take the first steps toward breaking your addiction. You have the choice to take part in either an inpatient or an outpatient program. If you opt to enroll in our inpatient program, you will remain on our campus both day and night. We will provide you with healthy food as well as the opportunity to take part in regular exercise and various forms of therapy.

A 60-day program is an extension of your initial 30 days. Once again, you have the choice to take part in this program either in an inpatient or an outpatient capacity. For attendees that decide to go through our outpatient program, you will work with one of our counselors to designate certain days and times that you will come to our facility for treatment. An outpatient program is ideal for a person that realizes that he or she needs care but must still adhere to work or family responsibilities.

Our 90-day program is well-suited for individuals who have struggled with long-term addiction. We not only provide you with a protected environment that can sustain your recovery but we also supply you with the hands-on support that you need to make it through these first critical 90 days. Keep in mind that regardless of the length or severity of your addiction, you can always decide to take part in this type of treatment plan. One of our counselors can discuss this option with you further.

Regardless of the length of your stay or the program you choose, our team of dedicated professionals is always available to reinforce our holistic features

What Happens After Rehab?

An understandable concern among many patients that are close to completing their program is what will happen once they are finished. Our team recognizes the fact that sobriety is a lifelong commitment. While we work to provide you with a number of tools that help you to remain sober, we also offer the option of continuing with support from the Legacy Healing Center team once you complete your program.
