What is Drug Rehab Like?

The first decision that you will need to make when you decide to take part in a rehab program is to select which treatment program is right for you. Our treatment center offers both a residential and intensive outpatient recovery program. If you opt to take advantage of our residential program, you will eat, sleep and take part in therapy at our facility for 30, 60 or 90-days. 

Another option that we offer our clients is to go through a rehab through our outpatient program. You will still receive the same type of care and support that you would in our residential program, however, when you are done with your therapy groups for the day, you return to your own home. 

We offer you the flexibility to change your plan for treatment at any time. Would you like to extend your recovery plan? Not a problem. Simply let one of our counselors know and we will work to accommodate your wishes. 

What to Expect at Drug Rehab

One of the most important things that our 30 day drug rehab program tries to teach our clients is the important of developing healthy habits and relationships. Before you can begin that part of your journey, it’s critical that you remove the influence of drugs from your body. The best and safest way to accomplish this is by going through our detox program. Detox allows you to go through various withdrawal symptoms in a safe environment. Keep in mind, withdrawal can be potentially fatal depending on the severity of your addiction. We strongly recommend that you go through this program if you reach out to us any you are still combating active addiction. 

Another dynamic of your time in rehab revolves around taking part in therapy. The two main forms of therapy that we offer is group therapy and one on one therapy. Group therapy gives the chance to share your experiences with your addiction as well as what events may have led you toward addiction. It is also an ideal opportunity to grow and develop relationships with other rehab attendees. These connections are important because they can become people that you can reach out to for help and support once your time in rehab is done. 

One on one therapy is also a key part in your overall recovery. During your individual sessions with our counselors, you can discuss how you are feeling throughout the program.
