Does Insurance Cover Residential Rehab?

If you have private insurance, there is a good chance that your coverage may help to offset the cost associated with your care. However, it’s important to remember that the terms and conditions for coverage are different with every insurance carrier. For example, many insurance companies will not cover your stay in detox; however, they may cover a 90-day long-term residential treatment program.

What Is the Difference
Between Inpatient and Outpatient?

Due to the fact that our team helps you develop your own personalized treatment plan, one of the decisions you will need to make when you come to Legacy is whether you are going to work through our inpatient program or our outpatient program. There are unique differences between the two programs, which is why we always caution our clients not to make this decision without first speaking to a member of our team.

The significant difference between our inpatient and outpatient program is where you will live and recover during your treatment. For example, clients that decide to enroll in our inpatient program will sleep, eat and heal on our campus. We will provide you with all of the amenities that you would expect to have at home and access a personal trainer for workout sessions or the chance to speak with a member of our team about your growing spirituality.

Our outpatient program is the next best option for clients with personal or professional responsibilities that bar them from committing themselves to an inpatient treatment plan. Clients who decide to enroll in our outpatient program will come to our campus at specific times and dates to participate in therapy, including behavioral therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, and group therapy. Keep in mind that our inpatient clients will also participate in these forms of treatment during the course of their stay at Legacy.

Sober Friendly Attractions
Near King of Prussia

There are many fun things to do in and around the King of Prussia area that you may not have noticed while you were in the midst of addiction. Before you make plans to go and enjoy these activities, however, we always advise our clients to have a routine in place, including attending 12-step meetings and maintaining relationships with people that will help them remain focused on their sobriety and recovery.

Once you establish this, here are some great places that you should consider visiting these attractions:

National Memorial Arch

One of the multiple reasons people flock to exploring the various aspects of King of Prussia is since the city was a focal point during the Revolutionary War. The National Memorial Arch was built as a way to commemorate when George Washington and his Continental Army arrived at Valley Forge. Although the arch was not built until after the Civil War and has been restored numerous times, it still stands today as a tribute to the struggles that the Continental Army had to fight against in order to ensure our freedom.

Washington Memorial Chapel

The Washington Memorial Chapel is another example of a location that is dedicated to our first president. The chapel includes a variety of beautiful features, including stained glass, sculptures as well as a bell tower that is dedicated to the memory of the patriots that died during the Revolutionary War. The chapel is still active and holds Episcopal services every week.

2000 Valley Forge Park Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406

Escape Game King of Prussia – Escape Room

If you have never experienced an escape room before, you may want to consider planning a night to go to The Estate Game King of Prussia – Escape Room with a group of your friends or family members. This location features various themed rooms with puzzles that you have to solve to escape from the room. The Escape Game King of Prussia is known for its prison break themed room and the one that features the gold rush. Remember, you will need to book your escape room experience before you go.
