What Is Drug Rehab Like?

Your time at Legacy will primarily focus on participating in different forms of therapy. Two of the main types of counseling that we offer at Legacy includes group therapy and one-on-one counseling. Individual counseling allows you to connect with a member of our team on a personal level. You can talk about traumatic events that you may not feel comfortable sharing a group setting, and you can also discuss how you think you are progressing in your program.

It’s important not to overlook the critical role that group therapy plays in your overall recovery. Group therapy allows you to connect with other clients who are in the midst of their recovery. By actively participating in this type of treatment, you will learn that other people may have the same thoughts and feelings as you regarding addiction and life in general. This form of therapy is an excellent way to begin to build the basis of people that you can turn to for support when you are having a hard day and visa versa. When you call in to speak to one of our intake specialists, they can provide you with more information regarding our therapy programs.

What to Expect

Your experience at Legacy will rely on the type of program that you enroll in. For example, if you decide to go through our inpatient program, you will live at our campus for a set number of days. One of our intake specialists will let you know what you should bring when you come, but we will provide you with a comfortable bed, healthy meals, and an environment that will help you focus on your recovery.

We understand that inpatient treatment is not always a viable solution for every client, which is why we also offer different outpatient programs. You will work closely with a member of our team to develop a schedule of the days and times you will come to Legacy for treatment.

Why Legacy?

One of the leading reasons our clients feel so comfortable when they come to Legacy Healing Center is that we take a different recovery approach. When you walk through the doors of our facility, we want you to feel like family, so many of the amenities at Legacy will help you feel as though you are coming to a home away from home.
