One of the most important decisions that you will make once you commit yourself to a treatment plan is the length of your plan. At Legacy Healing Center in South Florida, we realize that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process, which is why we work personally with each client to develop a plan that suits their needs.

Benefits of 30, 60, and 90-Day Rehabs?

It’s essential not to overlook the significant advantages any one of our treatment programs provide. The foundation of your recovery happens when you change the people, places, and things around you to begin to focus on yourself and what you need to do to get better. Our 30-day program gives you the initial exposure to what you need to do to live a sober and healthy life. You will take part in different forms of therapy, which helps you to develop a better understanding of what may have led you down the road of addiction in the first place. The types of treatment that we offer include group, individual, behavioral, and family counseling. Remember, our intake specialist can supply you with more information about your therapy options during your registration process.

Our treatment programs are based on your preferences, which means that you can opt to participate in our intake program or our outpatient program. For clients that settle on our intake program, they will stay and live on our campus for a set number of days. You will not only take part in therapy but also enjoy delicious meals from our first-rate chef and participate in other regular activities that will help you heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

If working through our inpatient program is not an option, you can always decide to go through our outpatient program. The outpatient format gives you the flexibility to come to our location at set times and days to receive care. You will work with one of our counselors to design a schedule that suits your needs and still allows you to pursue your recovery.

What Happens After Rehab?

An understandable concern among many of our clients is that they may feel somewhat lost when done with treatment. We pride ourselves on providing you with a safe and comforting environment, and even though you are done with your program, that doesn’t mean that you are alone again.

We always encourage our alumni to take part in our Addiction Aftercare program. This program was uniquely designed for clients that have gone through one of the Legacy programs and are interested in remaining connected with other alumni or the staff at Legacy. If you are interested in continuing your therapy or would like to participate in different activities at Legacy, this program is perfect for you.

Sober Friendly Attractions Near Manchester

Once you return home to Manchester after finishing rehab in South Florida, we encourage you to begin to re-acclimate yourself into living back in the area. There are multiple sober friendly places to visit in and around the Manchester area. It would help if you took the time to explore these different venues because these trips will let you learn more about your likes and dislikes as a sober individual. If you don’t feel comfortable going to a particular location by yourself, a good rule of thumb is to invite a sober friend or family member to come with you.

Mall of New Hampshire

Manchester is home to the Mall of New Hampshire. This mall is filled with stores for people of all ages. Whether you need to buy new clothes, look at jewelry, or need a quick bite to eat, this mall is the perfect place to go. The Mall of New Hampshire is open seven days a week between 11 AM and 7 PM except for Sunday when mall hours are between 12 PM and 6 PM. It’s important to remember that individual stores may maintain separate hours.

The Institute of Art and Design at New England College is one of the oldest art colleges in New Hampshire. The school offers a variety of classes for both undergraduate and graduate students. You will undoubtedly experience certain days that feel harder than others. Many people find solace in visiting an outdoor area that can help them find peace and relax. Livingston Park is an excellent place to visit when you need fresh air to unwind after a long day. Whether you are looking to go on a long hike or a run or sit around the outdoor pool, Livingston Park provides you with the ideal atmosphere. The park is open to the public as early as 7 AM and stays open until 9 PM.
