What Is Drug Rehab Like?

We pride ourselves on working with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan. This individualized approach results in different experiences for each client that comes to Legacy. One of the first things you will need to settle on is whether you will participate in our inpatient or outpatient program. Clients that decide to enroll in our inpatient program will live on our campus for a set number of days, while clients that participate in our outpatient program will come to Legacy on certain days at specific times.

Call Legacy Healing Center 24/7 to speak with an intake specialist. Calls are completely confidential.

What to Expect

Although you may have different experiences depending on whether you enroll in our inpatient or outpatient program, you will still participate in various forms of therapy during your time at Legacy. Group therapy and individual therapy will both take a focal role in your overall treatment plan.
Group therapy will give you the chance to begin to heal from the effects of addiction while also allowing you to start to build a system of support that becomes crucial in maintaining your sobriety. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to discuss specific topics associated with addiction and recovery while listening to other clients’ insights or opinions.

On the other hand, individual therapy allows you to meet with one of the counselors to discuss the personal details that may have contributed to your addiction. Are you a victim of some trauma? Did something happen in your life that you do not feel comfortable discussing in a group setting? One-on-one therapy is the perfect time to address and work toward overcoming those issues.

Why Legacy?

One of the leading reasons clients prefer to come to Legacy Healing Center for treatment is our unique recovery approach. We realize that each person requires individual care and attention, which is why we take the time to develop your personalized treatment plan when you first come to Legacy. At our facility, we allow you to heal body, mind, and spirit. When you are not participating in various treatment forms, you will have the option to work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center or relax in one of our massage beds. We strive to provide you with a feeling of walking into a home away from home atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door.
