How Long Does Rehab Last for Trenton, NJ Residents?

What Types of Durations Are There?

One of the reasons why Trenton, New Jersey residents decide to come to Legacy Healing Center in South Florida for treatment is because we provide you with the opportunity to work with us to develop your own recovery plan. You will need to make different decisions, including whether you are going to work through our inpatient or outpatient program and the duration of your treatment plan.

At Legacy Healing, we give our clients the opportunity to enroll in a 30, 60, or 90-day treatment plan. We always recommend that you hold off on finalizing any of your decisions until you speak to our team members in greater detail. The reason for this is that when you are still struggling with addiction, there may be particularly essential details of your recovery plan that you may not consider. Our team can help you understand every aspect of a specific program to make the best decision based on your needs.

Benefits of 30, 60, and 90-Day Rehabs

There are countless benefits of enrolling in a 30-, 60- or 90-day treatment plan through Legacy Healing Center. For example, a 30-day treatment program gives you the initial taste of what it is like to be sober and gives you time to begin to learn what you need to do to remain sober. A 60 or a 90-day program allows you to build on the critical lessons you will learn in your first 30 days.

Regardless of whether you decide to take part in a 30, 60, or 90-day treatment plan, committing yourself to a recovery program means that you are making a concerted effort to change the people, places, and things around you that may have influenced or triggered your addiction. An inpatient program will help you remove yourself from these negative influences for a set period, while an outpatient program will touch you on what you need to do to not stray from your dedication to your sobriety.

During your treatment, you will participate in many forms of therapy that will help you develop a better understanding of your addiction and identify the root cause of your addiction. Behavioral therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy are all examples of counseling that we will incorporate into your treatment plan.
