Benefits of 30, 60, and 90-Day Rehabs

There are tremendous benefits of enrolling in a treatment program, regardless of whether it is a 30, 60 or 90-day one. The top advantage is that you allow yourself to change the people, places, and things around you that may influence you to continue to use your drug of choice or drink.

When possible, we will recommend that you participate in our 90-day program because this will give you the best opportunity to obtain lifelong sobriety. However, in certain cases, this isn’t possible due to other responsibilities. Additionally, you may be of the mindset that you realize you need help with your addiction but aren’t ready to commit to a long-term program. This is where the option of a 30 or a 60-day program comes into play.

Whether you decide to enroll in our 30, 60 or 90-day program, you will still take part in different therapy forms. This will help you overcome your addiction and help you identify what may have led you down the path of addiction in the first place. It’s important that you actively participate in counseling to receive the full benefit of treatment.

What Happens After Rehab?

We understand that you may feel nervous or apprehensive about coming to the end of your treatment plan. With this realization in mind, we created our Addiction Aftercare program. This program gives you the flexibility to continue to reach out to the staff at Legacy Healing after your program is over. We can continue to provide you with the therapeutic support you need or provide you with any sober related resources to continue in your journey.

Additionally, Addiction Aftercare helps you get in contact and stay in touch with other clients who have completed their respective treatment program. This helps you continue to grow your support system, which is critical when it comes to maintaining your sobriety.
