Jamie Thurber pursued her education earning a bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2014 and continuing her education to earn her Master’s in Social Work in 2015. She has always been driven by her value of having a positive impact on as many people as she can. She utilizes and practices several modalities including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques. She believes her passion to help the individuals she works with experience personal growth while learning how to live a sober life is something that continuously drives her throughout her career.
